Ice cold on tap instead of hot out of the oven. In our bakery Café Bistro Berrens in Speicher there is now also delicious soft ice cream. In addition to freshly baked bread, crunchy little boats, delicious pastries and wonderful cakes, there is also soft ice cream. Customers can choose whether the waffle or a cup should only be filled with vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream or even with chocolate or strawberry sauce. You probably already know the typical soft ice cream. But the recipe makes the difference. Our customers love our new, delicious soft ice cream with its special creamy consistency.
